이 책을 리뷰하기에 앞서 개인적인 고백을 하자면 '월급쟁이를 위한 부동산 경매'를 위한 책이 내 책인 '소액 부동산 경매 따라잡기'와 거의 동시에 출판이 되었다. 의도하지 않게도 맞짱을 붙었는데 그만 내가 패하고 말았다. 여러가지로 좋은 책이라는 사실은 알고 있었지만 책을 읽어보니 확실히 더욱 느끼게 되었다.
